He has spent the majority of his life being shuffled from battlefield to battlefield. His first war was in the Pacific Theatre. Enlisted immediately after Pearl Harbor.
At the end of that campaign, he returned home, but couldn’t’ adjust. War had changed him in such a way his family couldn’t accept, and he couldn’t ask them to. He began looking for other campaigns, traveled to Africa,
His reputation preceded him, and after a series of horrible losses to RED, he was hired by the Builder’s League in an attempt to turn the tide, whip the rest of the team into shape.
He takes this job very seriously. He is extremely stubborn, difficult, set into routine and protocol.
He often patrols the hallways at night, existing in a familiar state of nonsleep. When he does sleep, it is never in a bed. He cannot allow himself to relax that much. Ever the gentleman, he allows his Shovel to sleep while he stands vigil.
He keeps his trench shovel at his side always, whispering to it, and sometimes she answers.
He has a very coarse personality. He is hard, but he is fair. Likes conversations like he likes his strategies: short and to the point, more explosions the better.
Believes the best defense is a good offense. That's him. Defense is up to the Engineer.
